Turtle-Snake exercise (Do at least 7 times):
1. Lie face down on the floor; bend your arms and put them along your body; keep your feet straight with big toes anchoring to the floor and the heels touching each other.
2. Inhale while stretching the neck out like the turtle; still inhaling, lift the head up by using only the force of the neck; hold this position as long as you can, but don’t hold your breath long if you have a heart problem.
3. Exhale and return to the position as in #1.
