1. Stand up straight with feet about shoulder-width apart.
2. Curl toes to the floor and keep knees straight; this will automatically pull your anus up.
3. Move the tip of the tongue to the top of the mouth right behind the front teeth.
4. Look straight ahead (not down) and begin to swing your arms leisurely; arms should be around 30 degrees from the body when they are in front of your body (don’t swing too high).
5. Now allow your arms to use their momentum to move high behind your back; try to bend your wrists up when arms reach the highest point behind your back.
6. Inhale and exhale normally depending on the length of your breath; don’t try to synchronize your breath with your swing, for this quickly causes tiredness.
