Knee-Slapping Exercise (Do at least 7 times):
1. Sit with back straight at the edge of a chair (no arm rest).
2. Feet must be on the floor, and knees must be bent at 90 degrees; you may have to find a chair with the right height for you.
3. Inhale while lifting your arms straight over your head.
4. Hold your breath while turning your hands until the palms of your hands face each other; lower your hands to the back of the neck by folding your arms at the elbows.
5. Continuing to hold your breath, make two fists; turn the fists up and push them up as high as you can; the closer your arms are to your ears, the better.
6. Exhale through your mouth while opening your hands and letting them fall freely to your knees; make sure that the center of your palms hit the top of the knees; exhale completely while contracting the abdominal region.
