Subtitles: This one is my late mother. As a vulgar and good-for-nothing child, I am ashamed to introduce my late mother. Fundamentally speaking, whoever don’t have parents? Every person is raised with great effort by their parents.
Via this chance, I will introduce my mother. It can be said that my mother is an ordinary housewife. She did one thing right, which is what Master Yin Guang mentioned about fulfilling one's duty in the family.

Whether she is a daughter-in-law, wife, sister, mother, daughter, friend, or neighbor, she will play the role well in that occasion. As far as I know, almost everyone who knew her had no complaints or criticisms about her.
They said, how could there be such a good person? In fact, she always resigns herself to adversity. She ever said, As long as it's good for everybody, I am okay, even if we suffer some losses.
At that time, my grandmother was born in a strict family with very stern family rules. Nonetheless, my grandma rarely complain this daughter-in-law.

Once, when I was a child, my grandma loudly reprimanded my mother for something. Seeing that, we children were baffled and depressed. When noticing that, she called us to her front and said, Grandparents are sky, and we descent are earth. Whether the sun rises, the wind blows, or the snow falls, it is all for the growth of the earth, and we should accept it unconditionally, reminding us that as the younger generation, we cannot have any grievances against the elders.
Later, when grandpa became weak and old in his late years, he was irritable. Sometimes he would hit people with his walking cane, but I would still stay by his side.

My grandpa said: Why aren't you afraid of me hitting you, yet you are aside?
I conveyed the message my mother taught me, and said, Mom says, You are sky, and we are earth, whatever you do, it's for our own good.
My grandpa was so moved and said: It's awesome that your mom taught you like that. He explained: See, you children are all pampered at home and taken care of by your parents.
However, when you enter society, you have to face various people and matters. It's impossible to feel at ease like at home. So, no matter what unreasonable things you encounter, no matter how badly others treat you, you must be patient, and bear it completely.

Thus, you can get through life peacefully. It’s like there is spring, summer, autumn, and winter, so that everything grows. Only when there is wind on the sea, the sailboat can move forward.
My mother and father had a hard time in the past.
Because my maternal grandma had received a higher education, back then, she placed particular emphasis on the educational background of potential suitors when selecting a partner for my mother.
Huang comes from a Buddhist family. He is kind and generous, and doesn't have any bad habit. So they got married. But no flower in the world will bloom for 100 days.

One day, my father came back from work and felt tired. Out of kindness, my mother, who used to be a nurse, said, "Let me give you an injection to recover from fatigue."
My father agreed. As a result, he couldn't tolerate that medication after the jab, it was awful. Western medicines have side effects. You see the Chinese medicine, it takes care of many aspects. Chinese medicine prescriptions are tailored to the individual.
Once you get the jab, it will circulate through the vessels of the entire body.
It's terrifying, at that time, my father was suffering unreasonably, howling miserably like crazy. The doctor came but was unable to control him, and was slammed to the ground.
My father's character has changed a lot since then,

He made some friends, who would take him to drink wine. He is not a big drinker and gets drunk after just one small drink. Then he came back and threw up. In my memory, I noticed that my mother never argued with him even once.
She said, This is my destiny. When I just married him, he was a sound husband. I didn't expect that one injection could turn a person into this. Only our dharma can explain. It's due to their karma in the past lives. When the causal conditions ripen, they must suffer retribution.
Thus, from the beginning to the end, she looked after him for over ten years. You will know that well if you have patients at home.

Later, my father could no longer work, so he retired and his health gradually deteriorated. My mother was so exhausted from taking care of him for a long time that she got cancer and was about to go.
In her later years, she embraced Buddhism and devoted herself to chanting the Buddha.
I used to urge her to chant the Buddha, and I've ever asked her with concern, Mom, have you chanted the Buddha?
