Rebirth Example????Deliver a message in dream after rebirth in the West

Let's see this Layman Zhou Bondao, who is the top scorer in the first advanced examination of the Republic of China. Then you know how knowledgeable he is. His family members are very achieved, with many doctorates, masters and professors. But he said, the most honorable thing in my family is that someone can be reborn in the West. Their family was originated from an extremely poor condition, so poor that his grandparents only had one bowl and half a pot,

which was half broken. You have to tilt the pot so that it can be cooked. They ran a family like that initially. After Zhou had achievement, all their family had to hang a tablet at both his home and children home, written "a hall with a bowl and half a pot." To memorize the past hardships and remind his children to cherish the blessing what they have. Don't squander after success. Remind all his descendants to think of the source when drinking water.
Once, someone requested Zhou to do a favor for him. Back then, Zhou served as a Deputy Minister of the Examination Yuan.

After the request, Zhou sent him to the gate in person and bowed to him. That man was so moved and said, If outsiders saw it, they would think Zhou was requesting something from me. If fact, it was me requesting a favor from Zhou, but he treated me with such humility that I was deeply moved.
When he was young, he also worked in education in mainland China and served as principal of the Third Middle School, which was a well known and good school. He has been a professor or principal in his education career.
However, he had been finding teacher for Buddhism.

Later, he was lucky enough to find Teacher Li and became his disciple. In addition, he said, Unexpectedly, I can be a student again in my life and study Buddhism from a renowned teacher. He was most respectful to Teacher Li.
As a result, when he was 95 years old, his health had deteriorated, and he left instructions to his family regarding his final precautions. Finally, he was reborn peacefully at the age of 95 amid the chanting of Buddha. Incredibly, after he was reborn, he passed a message in a dream three times in a row to his son-in-law,

who was a professor in Taiwan University, asking him to transfer a message to his family and lotus friends that he has been received by the Buddha and reborn in the Bliss World, and everyone is welcome to rejoice for him. Further he said, The reason I am reborn in the Bliss World is simply because I obey Buddha's teachings and truthfully chant Amitabha so that I achieve. When I recall every scene of the Saha World from the Bliss World, it's so suffering. Now I have got rid of all the hardship in the Saha World. If you memorize me, just be mindful of Amitabha.

Only by bearing Amitabha in mind, you are able to get the achievement of rebirth in the Bliss World. Besides, may my family especially respect those who came to help me with chanting Buddha because they are your truly friends in the world. I wish everyone strives to chant Buddha, not regret the path you have taken in this life, so that you all will be reborn in the Bliss World in the future.
This case of delivering messages in dreams after rebirth is very special, and there are not many such examples in the history of rebirth.

The monk told Mrs. Zhou, Your husband will also learn Buddhism because of your cause and conditions in the future, and will support the dharma.

He described it in detail. At last, as the monk said, the Zhou couple became exemplary lay Buddhists.

The message he conveyed in the dream explained that he was able to be reborn because he truly chanted the Buddha's name. It’s not because I’m knowledgeable or have done a lot. If one doesn't transfer merits to his rebirth in the West, he will fall into the realm of human and celestial with leaking blessings. After one enjoys the human or celestial blessings, he will inevitably degrade. Therefore, it's said in the sutra that one shouldn't seek human or celestial blessings, but rather pursue utmost enlightenment, and that is supreme sammāsambodhi. Rebirth in the Bliss World is the best way.
