Western doctors call it angina, but normally we call it heart wrung pain. Is this word pronounced Jiǎo? He described to me: When this symptom occurs, his heart feels like it's being wrung.

Probably due to overexertion at noon, he suddenly had a heart attack. He never has that symptom, and it was his first time. At that time, it was so painful that he could hardly stand it. He knew it was heart attack. His pal wanted to call a cab. He said: I'd rather you call an ambulance, hurry up. Then he called an ambulance. Our light in our hearts are usually obscured by our delusions and vexations. When we are dying, if we chant Amitabha, the light in our hearts will appear. On the one hand, it relies on the light and merit of the Buddha, and on the other hand, we can show our own light. For each Buddha chanting, he saw its light. He was chanting and also had his light. Though he was in a coma, he chant Amitabha in his heart and saw light.

The old saying goes: If you chant in a loud voice, you will see a large Buddha; if you chant in a small voice, you will see a small Buddha. He felt he was gonna die, so he chanted aloud, praying Amitabha to save him and take him to the Bliss World. He shouted: Amitabha, come and pick me up, like this in a very loud voice. Amitabha, come and pick me up. Just then, a bright light shot out. As he chanted the 2nd one, a bright light shot out too. As he chanted the 3rd one, a bright light shot out as well, sending forth from his heart. Then he woke up during the 3rd chanting without having medicine or getting treated.

He thought he would die. The doctor advised him that heart patients should carry a bottle of life-saving medicine with them.
