(English subtitles) Master Jianyin, 鑑因法師 born in 1937 Taiwan, Talks Dharma.
Subtitles:
When reciting the Buddha's name, you can apply the mind of great compassion, visualizing all beings to recite the Buddha with you, hoping all of them to be reborn in the Bliss World as they wish.
Pray to Amitabha, Avalokitesvara, Mahasthamaprapta to kindly receive those beings who have a vow to be reborn in the Bliss World. Everyone is able to transcend reincarnation and dwell in a state of not retreat. If you raise the Four Immeasurable Minds while chanting Buddha,
* The Four Immeasurable Minds are four kinds of attitudes towards sentient beings: 1. Lovingkindness – Be kind to sentient beings and wish them well; 2. Compassion – Sympathize with the sufferings of sentient beings; 3. Appreciative joy – Rejoice in the success of sentient beings; 4. Relief – Reduce desires and be charitable to sentient beings. *

you will be in line with the Buddha due to developing bodhicitta. So, this is the dharma door of chanting buddha with compassion. When chanting alone or in group, or worshiping Buddha, I always do so.
At the first incense while worshiping Buddha, I teach the virtuous people to visualize like this. To visualize the circumstantial reward of the Bliss World and then visualize the direct reward of the Bliss World. The Three Saints of the West appeared in front of me with a sixteen-foot body, emitting golden light and enclosing me. There are many pure bodhisattvas around, and many Buddhas are in the void.

Patriarch in the history, eminent monks and great masters are in front of me. Teachers and parents of many lifetimes are beside me, including the current parents. With white hairs and smiley faces, they are worshiping Buddha with me. There are my family and karmic creditors and those who have helped me and have bond with me worshiping behind me.
Finally, visualize myself as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, with a pure and solemn appearance, wearing kasaya, with a halo shining on my head. With two feet stepping on lotus, Igniting an incense on my heart stove. The fragrance of the heart is misty. Incense clouds are offered in front of the Buddha.
Then you feel joyful, respectful, repentant, and lucky.

Then, recite a verse. When one is reciting a Buddha's name in this world, there raise a lotus in the west. Wish I will persist and not retreat, and this lotus will come to receive me.
While focusing on reciting, I listen carefully and worship sincerely. You practice it thus. If you practice like this, you are cultivating great compassion. All sentient beings are chanting Amitabha with you.
You may also visualize like this. I like to visualize the world in ten directions, the picture of the world of Lotus Store. Think of the world as the petal of a lotus. This is a very large lotus. All beings are in my mind, not away from my mind. When chanting and worshiping, I'm doing it for them. Not only some beings are chanting and worshiping Buddha with me, but I also chant and worship Buddha for them.

Great lovingkindness is to give them joy, and great compassion is to uproot their pain. The suffering of sentient beings is my suffering, the joy of sentient beings is my joy. That is called giving joy and uproot pain, also called great lovingkindness and great compassion. Therefore, if you worship Buddha in this attitude, it will be in line with the Buddha.
