How do you have inspiration when reciting mantras for blessings? First, you must have good morals and benevolence.
2nd, Be broad-minded. Don't fuss about trifles. If your mind is as broad as space, your power of blessings will be as great as Buddha. If you are narrow-minded, the inspiration and the power of blessings will be little.
Although I tell you mantras, words of seed, and visualizations, not everyone will be inspired. Why? See if you have morals and benevolence. If you kill and set fire, do all kinds of evils on purpose every day. That's a problem. Though you can reduce sins by reciting mantra, it's not easy to have inspiration. So, those who do visualizing, recite mantra, and give blessings must be moral. The heart should be as big as space. Don't fuss about anything. Don't fuss with trifle things.
So, how does the Chan Sect talk about the achievement of practice? Do not care judge all the right and wrong. Then you can access your self-nature bodhi. It's easy for a spiritual practitioner to attain the bodhi way sooner. Let go of all opposites, good people and bad people. It has nothing to do with my birth and death. Then you can directly reach the supreme bodhi. Understand everything is equal and empty. With this mindset, you have to keep letting go of affliction in daily life.
If we couple fight, heart is unsettled, we recite mantra without power. If we are broad-minded, When we ferry beings, they will be reborn in the Pure Land immediately. That's a sure reason. Therefore, we should make more efforts in self-restraint.
