The aunt of the Wang family in Wen'an County was the fifth young sister of my late mother, Mrs. Zhang. This aunt once told an experience she had before she got married. She found that the neighboring boat had just slaughtered a piglet. The blood basin was still there, and the piglet’s blood had not drained out yet. After listening to the speech, the governor's wife felt that the piglet might be the reincarnation of her daughter.

To satisfy her appetite, at least 700 to 800 chickens had to be slaughtered each year.
