The Hundred-Syllable Mantra of Vajrasattva
金刚萨埵百字明

Vajrasattva Bodhisattva (金刚萨埵）in esoteric Buddhism is known as Samantabhadra Bodhisattva (普贤菩萨) in
other branches of Buddhism (exoteric teachings - 显教).

Samantabhadra is renowned for his ten great practices and vows. In the 80 volume of Avatamsaka Sutra, the last chapter is the Practices and Vows of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra (also one of the five Pure Land sutras), which Bodhisattva Samantabhadra teaches Sudhana (善财童子) his ten great practices and vows (all Bodhisattvas must practice Samantabhadra’s ten great practices and vows in order to realise Buddhahood, without exception. Even when we go to the Pure Land, we will continue our practices on the ten great practices and vows of Samantabhadra. If one practises now and seek rebirth, one will obtain the highest grade of rebirth).

Not only that, in the sutra Bodhisattva Samantabhadra and Manjushrī lead all the great bodhisattvas from the Flower Treasury World (华藏世界) to seek rebirth in Amitabha Buddha’s Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss ✨????.

All Dharma gates arise from the Avatamsaka Sutra, and Avatamsaka Sutra ends up in the Western Pure Land, it’s apparent that all Dharma gates in fact will eventually all lead to the Pure Land Dharma. How profound and deep is the Pure Land Dharma gate indeed ✨????
