How to use this Chakra Sleep Meditation Music?

We recommend to use this track for sleep, put it on speakers at low volume( just above the human whisper level) and let the healing frequencies interact with the Crown Chakra Centre. Before sleeping do not eat too much, and as you lie down, gently close your eyes and bring the your focus towards the Crown Chakra point and take few deep breaths, - Feel your head getting lighter and lighter as you drift away in sleep. When you wake up in the morning, take a few deep breaths, with your eyes closed and focus on the breathing. And drink 2 glasses of lemon water.
