Trong số đó, lắm kẻ bình nhật tự vỗ ngực là bậc thông Tông, thông Giáo, coi Tịnh Ðộ như uế vật, chỉ sợ nó làm bẩn lây đến mình. Lúc lâm chung, đa số chân loạn tay cuống, kêu cha gào mẹ. Trong số ấy, có những người trì giới niệm Phật già giặn, chắc thật, dù Tín Nguyện chưa đến mức cùng cực, tướng lành chẳng hiện, nhưng đều an nhiên mạng chung. Vì sao như vậy? Là vì tâm thuỷ trong lặng, do phân biệt nên xao động, đục ngầu, sóng thức trào dâng. Do Phật hiệu nên tâm thuỷ ngưng lặng. Bởi thế, kẻ thượng trí chẳng bằng kẻ hạ ngu, biến quá khéo thành vụng về lớn vậy!”

Welcome to this positive affirmation meditation session. This session includes multiple musical compositions and is a bit different than the usual style. Of course, I'm quite creative so I like to go into exploratory mode and try out different things. Let me know what you think in the comments.

This is an affirmation session aiming at grounding oneself in thought structures that support health, vitality, clarity of mind, gratitude, emotional balance, and the ability to deal with being alone, and difficult situations, and find strength and courage to overcome our limitations and transcend that which is negative into something positive.

Positive affirmation technique is a psychological tool used to reframe and repattern thought structures in the subconscious mind to increase well-being, confidence, self-belief, and let go of tension, stress and overthinking, and general mental activity that is destructive and exhausting.
We should avoid that as best we can at all times because it is damaging and detrimental to balance and inspiration.

The subconscious mind is the host of our belief systems and it governs our emotional state of being, it controls how we perceive the world and ourselves and how we react. It also makes your heart beat without you having to think about it. Positive affirmations help to diminish low-quality thought patterns that bring unnecessary suffering and instead instill an optimistic and fortified way of thinking and processing reality, that takes on the challenges of difficult situations in a virtuous and honorable mannerism, helping you build your character and confidence with the aim of manifesting the life you desire.

Positive affirmations is confirmed by science to have great efficacy in increasing mental health, confidence, and well-being.

When people talk about ''your energy'' or ''your vibration'' ''Your Aura'' It is what emanates from your subconscious mind that they refer to often without being aware of it. When you heal yourself and your mind, your body heals too. Your aura and energy change when you change your mental activities.

We attract we resonate with our energy, but remember, you have to go out there in the world to get it. Things rarely EVER just come to you out of nowhere. Like a magnet, you have to get in close proximity to attract the other magnet. And so it is with the law of attraction. You have to physically move as well, the mental and energetical component is just half the ingredient that many seem to have forgotten.
