(English subtitles) Master Ren Shan 仁山法師, born in 1980, is a remarkable Buddhist master in China.
Subtitles:
The so-called treasure apparently is not open to the public, it's hidden. All matters are not away from heart and nature, and are hidden in every sentient being's self-nature. Self-nature is fully equipped with everything.
When the 6th Patriarch Hui Neng was enlightened, he said such phrases. One phrase of them: Never thought that all matters are transformed from self-nature. Never thought that.
1:00
It turns out our self-nature is fully equipped with everything. Namely, the whole universe and human lives are within our heart and nature. People usually think I'm me and they're them. Now we know, it turns out that the whole universe is a whole, which is me. But it is still not easy for us to understand this so far.
It's like people say there are treasure somewhere. Most people don't believe it. Only those who regarded as muddle-headed
would really believe and take the treasure map to search for the treasure. Buddha sutras are actually the treasure map.
Where is the treasure? Everybody is searching. In fact, it's not away from self-nature. Being able to unfold the innate
treasure of self-nature is an ultimate achievement of a Buddhist.
