Do Phật hiệu nên tâm thuỷ ngưng lặng. Bởi thế, kẻ thượng trí chẳng bằng kẻ hạ ngu, biến quá khéo thành vụng về lớn vậy!”

When I see someone, I feel suffering Why? He's annoying. As soon as I saw him, the suffering suddenly came.
One day, however, you temporarily lose your memory. . Or you got drunk and mistook him for someone else. You won't feel suffering on seeing him, will you? There is such thing, and it makes sense.
This means that when you meet him, he does not send you a message with pain.
Right? What is going on? That is you see him and think of it. You stir up the suffering by yourself. How do you stir up? Because you gave yourself a hint in advance that you won't be happy on seeing him. So on seeing him, you are reminded and feel unhappy. What if you are not reminded? If you are not reminded, you won't be suffering.
But some kindhearted people will remind you. Don't you have something against him? Uh, instantly suffer again. Those good friends are really your confidants lest you not die, and make you suffering.
In fact, it's so simple, suffering is such an emotion. Usually, we speak of suffering as bitter water, which is squeezed out from inside.
Therefore, Buddhism says that a Bodhisattva of great compassion saves sentient beings from the bitterness and misery. Everyone, saving from suffering and saving from misery are two things. We have to talk separately, and we never talk about it in detail.
The ordinary say: What's the difference between suffering and misery? There is difference. Some people don't feel suffering even when they are in misery. Many people do not live a misery life at home, and they cry out for suffering every day. Therefore, we need to talk separately. Now we need to eliminate bitterness first.

If you brought bitterness, don't take it back. Dump it after the class. If you didn't bring, leave it. Anybody pick it up, just take it. Think this way: From now on, no more think of suffering. Not to think of it, and it becomes not suffering. It's just simple as that.
But after a while, you think of it again. I am sick, Master, you don't know, I'm really suffering. It comes immediately. It's not that I don't know you're sick. But you said you are suffering, that is only you know it, is it?
Master, you don't know that my stocks fall, it's suffering. All the world know the stocks fall. But what you feel is up to you. That's right.
What can be done to address this problem? Simply put, sickness is a symptom. It is an objective circumstance outside. Nursing care if necessary, treatment if necessary.
However, it is better for your mind not to be kidnapped by illness or implied by others, saying: You are sick, and you are suffering. You think: I am suffering. You are kidnapped by this emotion and said: It's normal, everyone is like that when they are sick. It's abnormal.
All doctors know that patients should keep an open mind. Those who have good mindset will recover sooner. See, they will say that. In the end, the doctor get sick, and he also feel suffering. He doesn't know to apply it. In theory, everyone now knows we should have a healthy mindset. But there are still many people who do not have an open mind.

So there should be a special department in hospitals - a pleasure department, to please the new patient. Then the symptom could be relieved.
If you are sick, you may use drug to relieve the symptom. But your heart can't be kidnapped by the symptom. What I said is absolutely scientific. Therefore, we might see, although some are sick, they are still optimistic.
Somebody gives you a warning: You are sick.
He says: Shouldn't patients be happy?
You are weird, other patients are suffering.
He is not sick, but his heart is sick.
As for me, body is sick, but my heart isn't sick.
It's a little difference. My body is already sick, my heart can no longer be sick, or I will be sick even more. It's right to think so.
Therefore, even if you are sick, you shouldn't be kidnapped. Thus, though you are sick but not suffering. Then the illness is angry. The illness is to let you suffering. Since you are not suffering, forget it, I will look for others, look for someone willing to be suffering.
