What is the purpose of studying Buddhism? To gain great at ease. What is the purpose of studying Buddhism? To gain great relief. Why do you learn Buddhism? It is different from those ordinary people.
The worldly people may not talk to each other for 3 months only for a trifle, 10 years without dialogue, and still the enemy. He will never be able to untie this knot in his life. In fact, it's just a misunderstanding, a trivial matter. This is the ordinary people in the world. A true Buddhist practitioner can clearly see the falsehood of causal origin and perish in the world.
For example, secular people dislike or hate someone very much but Buddhists can undoubtedly see through. Those are skeletons. There is no object for you to hate. That man originated from casual conditions is born by parents. His body is made up of bones, flesh, veins, and blood is flowing. If you tear him apart, the one you hate doesn't exist.
As the World Honored One said: It did not form. Therefore, he taught you to see it perspectively, not telling you to control it. If you are unhappy with something. That is because you cannot see through the falsehood of causal conditions. With a practice like this, you cannot attain great achievements.

First, you lose temper, then control it. It is a poor capability. When encountering something, with your wisdom of Prajna, you see through it via the reason of emptiness. It doesn't actually exist. Don't be deceived by it. All forms are delusional. All forms are deceiving your true nature.
If you realize this and are not fooled by falsehood. Have such a distinct view and you overlook it. You stand on a high point completely and have a transcendent position to look at such things.
You will discover worldly people are ridiculous, pathetic, and pitiful. They deserve the mercy of the saints. For the sake of a word or a trifle, he could be deeply concerned at heart for a month, a year, even a lifetime. The sentient being takes this stone and presses it against his heart. This stone is an obsession and discrimination.
