Join Us for a Hike to one of Norway's Biggest Waterfall
Hi friends, today`s movie is from "Månafossen" is a waterfall located in Gjesdal 40 minutes from my home in Rogaland/West Norway. The waterfall has a free fall of 92 meters. Despite the fact that the waterfall is difficult to access, it is a very popular tourist destination, as it is considered one of Norway's most beautiful and powerful waterfalls. I was recording the whole way with the car from my home, but I had some problems with the camera so I deleted that yesterday when I made the movie.
Normally the waterfall has more water but we have had a dry August, I have never seen it so small.
It's a great Hike up and takes around 15 minutes from the parking place and up. We have Pulpit Rock and Kjerag Plateau not far from this waterfall. It's Possible to wisted all these 3 places in one weekend. The best time to visit Norway/West is July and August
