Hypnosis Meditation Guided - Healing Ancestral Karmic Patterns - Positive Energy - Raise Vibration with 432Hz Deep Healing Music and 5.5Hz Theta Binaural Beats. This is a guided meditation hypnosis session that allows your subconscious mind to activate the process of clearing, healing and balancing karmic density, patterns and unresourceful energy from your lineage. From 0:00 to 11:45 minutes; I serve a build-up and introduction to the guided meditation itself. I felt guided to include this, and it is just as important as the guided visualizations later on; I am sharing the transcript of this in the comment field of this video.

Your subconscious mind is your protector, and it will only "give" you as much as you are ready to handle at the moment you are doing this process - for your highest good. Every time you listen may give you a different experience. It´s all a process. You may want to do this meditation several times until you feel you are "finished" with it. You will know. You have attracted this meditation into your reality for a reason. The limiting rules, beliefs and trauma from your ancestors are ripe to LET GO. Cutting energy cords and revoking outdated soul contracts, promises or vows that are not for your highest good and are not empowering you - it is time to tear that contract and cast it into the Flame of Freedom. NOW is the time.

During the process of releasing and healing; it is normal, ok, and safe to cry, shake a bit, or even laugh. You may feel intense emotions or nothing at all. The way your system releases karmic density is unique to you. There is no right or wrong. Allow yourself to go safely through the process.
