Chapter 35 - Part 2 | Why choose the Easy Path? | 信心的要義 2 | End all our suffering with Faith Alone
In practicing the Buddha-way, there is a path of difficult practice, and a path of easy practice. The easy path, consists of being born in the Pure Land, by virtue of simply entrusting oneself to the Buddha. Completely abandon the path of difficult practice, which is unsuitable to lowly- gifted, foolish persons, of this defiled world.
This Path of Faith, is really an easy path specially created for persons, who simply cannot undertake, any difficult self-power, meditational or non-meditational practices.
Listen deeply to Part one, of this series of 4 videos, as we read through this wonderful tract, on The 'Essentials of Faith Alone', clearly explained by Venerable Seikaku, Master Shinran's fellow, disciple of Master Honen.
'Amida Buddha' media channel, is dedicated to the accurate dissemination of the wonderful expositions of Venerable Master Shinran on The True Pure Land Path, known as Jodo Shinshu.
