弟子眾等 現是生死凡夫
罪障深重 輪迴六道 苦不可言
今遇知識 得聞彌陀名號 本願功德
一心稱念 求願往生
願佛慈悲不捨 哀憐攝受
弟子眾等 不識佛身 相好光明
願佛示現 令我得見
及見觀音勢至 諸菩薩眾
彼世界中 清淨莊嚴 光明妙相等
令我了了 得見阿彌陀佛
南無阿彌陀佛
