Nếu con được thành Phật, mà chúng sanh trong mười phương dốc lòng tin tưởng, muốn sanh về cõi nước con chỉ trong mười niệm, nếu không được toại nguyện, thì con chẳng trụ ở Ngôi Chánh Giác, trừ kẻ phạm năm tội nghịch và gièm chê Chánh Pháp.

Lời Khuyên Tịnh Độ (Ấn Quang Đại Sư)
“ Ấn Quang từ Tây qua Ðông, từ Bắc xuống Nam, qua lại hơn vạn dặm, gặp gỡ nhiều người. Trong số đó, lắm kẻ bình nhật tự vỗ ngực là bậc thông Tông, thông Giáo, coi Tịnh Ðộ như uế vật, chỉ sợ nó làm bẩn lây đến mình. Lúc lâm chung, đa số chân loạn tay cuống, kêu cha gào mẹ. Trong số ấy, có những người trì giới niệm Phật già giặn, chắc thật, dù Tín Nguyện chưa đến mức cùng cực, tướng lành chẳng hiện, nhưng đều an nhiên mạng chung. Vì sao như vậy? Là vì tâm thuỷ trong lặng, do phân biệt nên xao động, đục ngầu, sóng thức trào dâng. Do Phật hiệu nên tâm thuỷ ngưng lặng. Bởi thế, kẻ thượng trí chẳng bằng kẻ hạ ngu, biến quá khéo thành vụng về lớn vậy!”

In our feature report, we take a look at how the EPA initiated a photo and sound based detection system for vehicles.

Selamat datang ke Da Ai Headlines, saya Simon Gan. Terima kasih menyertai sesi berita kita. In Ruifang District, New Taipei City, TIMA members head over to visit the elders once every two months. The medical volunteers not only bring medical services but also spiritual comfort to the seniors.
2. 新山水患發放
In Johor Bahru, Malaysia, heavy floods occured recently. Tzu Chi Volunteers split into teams and assessed the damages. In addition, Tzu Chi Entrepreneurs formed disaster relief groups to purchase supplies, aiming to provide timely assistance to the affected residents in the shortest time possible.
3. 上人聯區
In Kaohsiung, a year-end-blessings ceremony was held recently. A retired Lieutenant General Pan Jinlong, has vowed to be responsible of spreading the awareness of stem cell registry in the army after he was certified as a Tzu Chi volunteer. Take a look.
4. 高歲末王天成
In Kaohsiung, Tzu Chi volunteer Wang Tiancheng was once a carpenter with bad temper. After joining Tzu Chi, he has changed his bad temper and always prioritizes Tzu Chi's work. Unfortunately, he suffered a stroke back in 2018 but that does not stop him from volunteering. Let's take a look at his story.

One must eliminate worries to find wisdom. One must create blessings to experience blessings.

In the past, noise measurement for vehicles are mostly reported, and tested on site once the owner arrives, this greatly reduces the effectiveness of law enforcement. Therefore in 2021, the EPA initiated the photo and sound based detection system, a system made in Taiwan which takes the visual and sound cues at once, increasing the accuracy of detecting noise violations.

In China, 34-year-old Liang Long was once a PhD student studying in the US. 5 years ago, he was diagnosed with hereditary superficial siderosis and can only rely on his elderly parents to take care of him. Volunteers have been caring for this family since June last year, providing much needed support for the family.

Vietnam Tzu Chi volunteers visited Tra Vinh University to raise awareness of the need to reduce plastics. They also taught students about different categories of recycling, so they can understand that reducing plastic waste begins by not using plastic items.
8. 未來學力(5)不分系趨勢
In Taiwan, universities have begun to admit students with non-declared majors as many former students believe they studied the wrong subjects. Offering greater choice in curriculum also allows them to transition to the subject of their choice in the next few years. Follow our report as we learn more.
