In the United States, Tzu Chi's Vision Mobile Clinic once again drove into the school district of Southern El Monte in California to provide free consultations for children from impoverished families. In Malaysia, Tzu Chi volunteer Tan Wee Loo cooked a lot during the movement control order. There was a lot of leftover cooking oil which she then used to make soap, which is environmentally friendly and also helps to solve her oil disposing problem. Here's more.
