In Hualien, the No Meat Market is going to be held at Tzu Chi University. Students and staff members of Tzu Chi Foundation has worked together to make full use of items in the school to set up the venue. The No Meat Market partnered up for the first time with Tzu Chi Foundation with Tzu Chi University hosting a talk on the positive impact of plant-based diets and the environment. There were six speakers covering a variety of topics including how to promote vegan food, how to eat it, how to cook it, and how to save the planet. Here's more.

At the Neihu market, Xu Yongsheng repairs watches for a living. He is in a wheelchair due to an accident when he was younger, however he faces life with positivity and tries his best not to rely on anyone. Tzu Chi volunteers often visit him at the market and their companionship has kept them for the last ten years.

Lin Ziyan's husband suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage in Myanmar in 2019.As she was unaware of the local language and customs, local Tzu Chi volunteers accompanied her and even provided assistive devices and home renovations when they returned to Taiwan.
8.音樂志工王亭怡
In Taiwan, music volunteer Wang Tingyi performs a zither to form good affinities with people. She started playing zither five years ago and currently, performs at Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital and also at free clinics. Here's more.
9.千簷萬雨(1)宜蘭多雨
Last year in November, Yilan experienced 28 days of continuous rain with locals joking about not seeing the sun. Living in rainy areas can be difficult with people in Yilan learning how to live in harmony with nature.
