In Australia, senator Andrew McLachlan has witnessed how Tzu Chi volunteers helped the forest fire affected residents in 2015 and also visited Jing Si Abode in Taiwan in 2016. At the recent Senate meeting, he has introduced Tzu Chi to the meeting attendees.

In Changhua, a 77-year-old care recipient lives in a house filled with trash. Her daughter said that her mother lacks a sense of security which caused her to hoard, after hearing this volunteers came to clean this grandma's living environment.

5. 花採檢機器人
In Taiwan, Hualien Tzu Chi Medical Center has started to use a specimen collection robot for COVID virus inspection. The robot is able to find the most suitable inspection position through face detection. Therefore, it lessens the discomfort of the examinee while undergoing the examination. Let's take a look.
