Lắng lòng nghe, lắng lòng nghe
Tiếng chuông huyền diệu đưa về nhất tâm

May the sound of this bell penetrate deep into the cosmos
ขอเสียงระฆังนี้จงแผ่ไปทั่วเอกภพอันไพศาล

Even in the darkest spots
แม้ในมุมสุดมืดมิด

Living beings are able to hear it clearly
สรรพชีวิตยังได้ยินอย่างแจ่มชัด

So that all suffering in them cease
เพื่อให้ทุกข์ทั้งปวงสูญสิ้นลง

Understanding comes to their heart
และความตระหนักรู้ซึมซาบสู่ดวงใจ

And they transcend the path of sorrow and death.
จนข้ามพ้นวิถีแห่งทุกข์โศกและความตาย


Ba nghiệp lắng thanh tịnh
Gửi lòng theo tiếng chuông
Nguyện người nghe tỉnh thức
Vượt thoát nẻo đau buồn

The universal dharma door is already open
ประตูแห่งธรรมะสากลได้เปิดออกแล้ว

The sound of the rising tide is heard clearly
เสียงน้ำขึ้นที่ริมฝั่งได้ยินแจ่มชัด

The miracle happens
อัศจรรย์พลันบังเกิด

A beautiful child appears in the heart of a lotus flower
เด็กน้อยผู้งดงามผุดขึ้นที่ใจกลางดอกบัว

One single drop of this compassionate water
หยดน้ำแห่งความเมตตากรุณาแม้เพียงหยดเดียว

Is enough to bring back the refreshing spring to our mountains and rivers.
ก็เพียงพอที่จะนำน้ำพุอันสดชื่นคืนกลับสู่ขุนเขาและสายน้ำ


Nghe chuông phiền não tan mây khói
Ý lặng, thân an, miệng mỉm cười
Hơi thở nương chuông về chánh niệm.
Vườn tâm hoa tuệ nở muôn nơi.

Listening to the bell
ขณะที่สดับฟังเสียงระฆัง

I feel the afflictions in me begin to dissolve
ฉันรู้สึกว่าทุกข์ในใจเริ่มคลายลง

My mind calm
ใจฉันสงบ

My body relax
และร่างกายเริ่มผ่อนคลาย

A smile is born on my lips
รอยยิ้มน้อยๆ ผุดขึ้นที่ริมฝีปาก

Following the sound of the bell
เมื่อกำหนดรู้ตามเสียงระฆัง

My breathe brings me back to the safe island of mindfulness
ลมหายใจได้พาฉันกลับไปยังพื้นที่สงบสุขที่เรียกว่า “ความรู้สึกตัว”

In the garden of my heart
The flowers of peace bloom beautifully.
และดอกไม้แห่งสันติก็แย้มบานงดงามในสวนแห่งจิตใจฉัน

Phổ môn vọng tiếng triều dâng.
Bé thơ xuất hiện giữa lòng đóa sen.
Cam lồ một giọt rưới lên.
Xuân về trên khắp mọi miền núi sông.
