How to Meditate using this video.
Sit Comfortably and close you eyes. As the music plays, bring the attention to the Root Chakra spot, which is located at the tail end of the spine. As you breathe in, imagine that you are taking red energy in, and as you breathe out imagine that you are pushing all the dark energy and pain out of your body. Feel the vibrations of the music at the spot of Root Chakra.

♡ Here are few things you can do yourself at home to balance your Root Chakra
1. Root Chakra vibrates with a certain frequency which corresponds to specific sound frequencies(228Hz, 456Hz). Listening and meditating along with music made with these frequencies can help immensely in bringing that balance and healing your Root Chakra
2. Visualize Red : Red is the primary color associated with Root Chakra, Seeing red color in nature can do wonders. Also while meditating, visualize that you are taking Red Energy in while inhaling and its going to each and every part of you body... relaxing it.
3. Eating Red. Eating red veggies and fruits is also beneficial.
