1205 天台四教儀暨教觀綱宗合說

2021.03.29 (週一) 第一堂課，法藏和尚講於(東單三樓)比丘教室

禪門有四師明數息。一師教繫心數出息。則氣不急。身不脹滿。身心輕利。易入三昧。有師教數入息。有五意。一易入定。隨息內斂故。二斷外境故。三易見內三十六不淨物故。四身力輕盛故。五內實息貪恚故。有如是勝利。應數入息。有師教數入出無在。但取便而數。無得偏用。隨人心安入定。無過即用。三師所論。皆不許出入一時俱數。何以故。以有息遮病。生在喉中。猶如草葉。吐則不出。咽則不入。此患生故。又有師依四時用數。今所未詳。今依第三師法也。

【□註】梵語阿那波那。此云遣來遣去。入息出息。即是三世諸佛。入道初門。通於三乘四教。
【■記】翻譯名義云。阿那。亦曰安那。此云遣來。入息也。般那曰遣去。出息也。安般守意經言。安為身。般為息。安為生。般為滅。安為念道。般為解結。所以先數入者。外有七惡。內有三惡。用少不能勝靈。先數入也。入道初門者。提婆云。佛說甘露門。名阿那波那。於諸法門中。第一安隱道也。
