This photo was taken by Dawn (name changed to protect her identity), whom lives at the Grotto Estate (where I also reside). The photo was taken,at Saw Mill Lake while the posse was enjoying this last summer.

The focus of the picture was the moving serpent in the lake and not her husband and son on the boat in the lake. She was yelling for Ringo to get out of the water and he started paddling the boat towards her, thinking something was wrong.

The serpent swam in the opposite direction toward Dawn. This is the best defined image, out of the many, of the beast. I have been given full permission to post the picture in the way that I have to share, and help spread the word, this information on the beast in Saw Mill Lake.
